In the past few months I was blessed to have the opportunity to design and build the tasting room for our friends over at Bonesaw Brewing Co. in my hometown of Glassboro, NJ. It was a pretty big job for our small crew, and really maxed out the square footage at the shop, but we pulled it off. We are currently working on the last piece, an 18 1/2′ long communal tasting table which will add the final touch.
I’d like to give a shout out to Lockman Hardwoods who supplied all the reclaimed lumber and even gave us a hand installing some of the bigger pieces. Also to Bruynell’s Woods and Goods for the great job on the lettering on the signage above the tap wall. And to Above All Engraving for the laser engraving they did on our hand made beer flights.
Some of the individual pieces have incredible backstories on the origins of the woods. If you haven’t been down to check out Bonesaw yet, you’re slipping. Their beer and service is second to none. Their goal was to create a warm and friendly environment where friends and family are made. And to brew and serve the best beer around – and they nailed it! And we think their tasting room is pretty cool too… 😁 Cheers!
